Could also be that William doesnt like the idea of Rogue being used in that manner… It kind of trumpets just how much in danger he is with Nicolai despite their relationship. All he needs is some vaguely interesting excuse and his very existance is endangered.

No. Clearly He’s based off of Vash the stampede.
Nicoli is Nicoli although the coat is inspired by vash’s coat. also next page will be up Wednesday most likely.
