Maybe Serena can arrange it so that when Luna arrives at the mall or when she try to buy something at the cashier, she becomes the malls one millionth customer and is entitled to a free makeover (hair/makeup/clothing), which she can’t refuse with all of the press (media) cameras there. ;^)
